I have some nerve damage to my face and have had several horrific dental experiences....in fact I almost would rather have an annual OB/GYN visit than go to the dentist. I made several calls to dentists on my plan and the responses I received just confirmed my resolve to just go without dental care. I desperately need care because I had broken a molar in half and the last call I made was to Dr Larry Leonakis. I explained my situation to Marsha and got the most professional, tender, understanding I have ever received by any kind of physician. I made an appointment went to the office and was treated with care, kindness and complete and total understanding regarding my anxiety with the procedures. To say I was shocked and grateful is an understatement. Then the next morning after a brutal deep root planing and partial cleaning I received not one but two calls checking to see if I was ok. Anyone that lives with dental fears, or any kind of disability that affects dental care should use this office with complete and total confidence that they will be treated with the most incredible care they have ever experienced! Do not hesitate.....they are a team of incredible professionals with compassion and understanding of out of the ordinary accomodations. I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again!!!!!!!

Dr Larry is great. If you have an emergency he'll get you in. Explains everything clearly. Office staff are wonderful

Went to Dr. Larry Leonakis' office today for my 6 month cleaning. The front staff is great as always. Dr. Larry had a new hygienist, Marsha, blond crinkle hair & a positive, uplifting personality. She did a great job for me and my wife & is a dynamic addition to his staff. Dr. Larry always explained what needs to be done & why? I am very pleased with his professionalism and that of all his staff. Triple A rating! I highly recommend him for your dental work.

Dr Leonakis is an amazing dentist, I would highly recommend him. He is very caring, and gentle. His staff is great and his Hygienists Marsha is phenomenal. They take great care of me.

Dr. Larry Leonakis is a caring and patient dentist with a good sense of humor who always makes sure the work is done properly and as painlessly as possible. Covid precautions are in place too for safety. I highly recommend this location. I'm assuming the people who've left unfavorable reviews are mistakenly reviewing the wrong office since a lot of them don't even live in the state? That seems rather odd. My experience and many others, have been nothing short of outstanding. If you're looking for a reliable dentist, this is the place to go.

Have been going to Dr. Leonakis for over 6 years now. Very happy with him and his staff. Last week I called at 1500 for my wife, She had an abscess and broken tooth, which required immediate attention. Even though she was not a patient of his, he and his staff took her in that day. He and his staff stayed late to perform two extractions, surgery, and bone implants. She tells me her procedure was pain free. Many thanks to Dr. Leonakis and his staff for doing this. She is now a official patient of his practice. She was very impressed by the care and professionalism of Dr. Leonakis and his staff. Office is clean and inviting. Staff are very professional and helpful. Had a broken crown from another dentist. Dr. Leonakis was able to pull the tooth, add bone, insert implant, and install the new crown. I need several shots of Novocaine to numb my teeth. Very few dentists can properly numb my mouth. Dr. Leonakis performs this process very well. Have had very little pain from procedure performed by Dr. Leonakis. Over the years I have been very pleased with the professionalism of the dental hygienist and staff at his office. So far I have had two implants and one filling replacement preformed by Dr. Leonakis and am very happy with him, his staff, and his facilities.

I just had my teeth cleaned by Marsha. I am 77 years old and must have my teeth cleaned every 3 months. I was very happy with her professionalism, her technique, knowledge and helpfulness; she did an excellent job. I've booked for my followup in 3 months. I presented with a difficult case and he took on the challenge. His chair side manner is perfect. I feel Dr. Larry is an awesome dental technician and now I have the most beautiful smile. I've been fortunate enough to call Dr Larry my dentist for 5 years now and how Greatful I am to be a patient of this office. Having received the greatest care from cleanings to a dental implant all with personable & professional patient care. Let me tell you, The implant I received was a tooth right there front and center of my smile. The staff and Dr Larry went above and beyond to match it perfectly. The workmanship and process of the implant exceeded my expectations and it's as if it's just another tooth, cant even tell and I can truly be confident of smiling now. There is a kind and courteous staff for a start, then Dr. Larry's expertise and sense of humor. One of the best dental experiences I have had in my 70 years. Give him a try, I think you will be pleased.

Dr. Larry is good at what he does, BUT Cheryl at the front desk is NOT. She gave me a list of possible fixes for a sore tooth and this treatment plan showed the costs, my cost and what my insurance would pay. I looked that over and chose the root canal and crown which was way more expensive than just pulling the offending tooth. When the bills started coming in I discovered my costs were four times higher than Cheryl had said they would be. How could this happen? Cheryl does not call your insurance to get her figures, she uses a chart online which since she does this for a living, she KNOWS that it isn't accurate but it does make the clients cost look much better. So in the end, I was deceived and I paid way more than Cheryl said I would have to and then when I thought we were finished I get another bill for $400 which just sent me over the top. She writes a note on the bill saying, "You're insurance didn't pay what I told you they would so now YOU owe us more, and more, and more. This is unethical and Cheryl needs to call the insurance company like every other doctors office on the planet does so the patient won't be lured in by false payment amounts. I've never been so unhappy with a doctors billing before in my life. In fact I've never been unhappy at all with any office except this one. This is a pure scam on Cheryl's part. IF you use this dental office BEWARE. YOU need to do your own verifying of anything Cheryl tells you.

Great and friendly staff.

A great dentist with some additional benefits. Dr. Larry is friendly as well as skilled. Also, unlike most general dentistry practices, Dr. Larry does IV Sedation so for people like me who are really uptight about dental work it is absolutely painless and stress free. They also take walk-ins as well as appointments. They are so good that I go there from Reno.
